West of Cleveland Used Tires

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys definitely deserve one. I was getting ready for a trip and needed a good set of used tires without spending a fortune. I had a lot of questions and was honestly nervous about buying used tires, but they took the time to talk everything through with me and helped me find the right set. What stood out to me the most was how honest and patient they were. Nowadays it feels like a lot of places just want to make a quick sale and move on, but that wasn’t my experience here at all. They answered my questions, explained what to expect, and never made me feel like I was bothering them. I left feeling confident in my purchase and knowing I got a fair deal. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, and these guys do. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable tires and good service!

Fast and friendly ! Very reasonable prices and it took about 15 minute to get a new tire put on and they checked the air in ally tires !!!!

I usually don’t find a way to trash a local business but I’m here. The service was horrible. I paid $70 bucks for a tire thinking it was fairly new. It wasn’t. It had a slow leak I returned it the next day and he remembered me and said i can charge you $40 for another one. What a horrible business man. Please take your money somewhere else

I've been going there for years. I actually went out my of way last time to go there. They are still reasonably priced no matter who I've had do the work has been polite and honest. Not only was the work quick and affordable, the gentleman (a bigger guy but I did not get his name), gave me peace of mind. Buy letting me know what shape all my tires were in and that I'd make it through the winter easily And also double checking that there wasn't any other holes.

I very rarely post negatives. But this one is deserving. I've gone to this store several times over the last few years. Always thought they handled me well fixing rim leaks and such. Anyway, I picked up a nail in one of my tires, so I decided to go back there and have them plug it. He said 20 bucks. I said okay then I asked him how much to rotate the tires. He said 15 bucks. I said okay. Then they only rotated the one side. So I asked the guy when is the guy going to do the other side, then he said that price was only for one side. And it will be $15 more for the other side. WHAT? For years, anytime I ever ask any other tire store to rotate the tires it was for all four of them. Last time I will ever go there.
